Interviewing at OneSoft

To become a OneSoft member you have to pass an interview which typically involves speaking with one or more our technical specialists, with chief executive and HR manager. Interview at OneSoft is not a mere formality; everyone here has pretty good experience of projects developing so we can estimate and appreciate your own experience. We're interested in not just what you know but the way you think; our interviews aren't examination so much as they're search of other great people to join us.
